MedOps Consulting is a healthcare operations advisory firm led by a healthcare operations executive with over twenty years of hands-on experience. Our unique perspective comes from being operators, not career consultants—our founder has spent most of her career running operations, managing access and capacity across large multi-hospital systems, leading operations for multistate specialty networks, and executing physician practice integration and strategic transactions.
